Carry Number Terms of Service

Effective date: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Carry Number, a golf performance app that helps golfers track rounds, analyze practice, review swing content, manage goals, and optionally request AI analysis. Cross-device social features, paid subscriptions, and WHOOP connectivity are not included in the current launch release.

Use of Carry Number

You may use Carry Number only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we separately agree otherwise. You are responsible for your account, your device, and the information you choose to submit to the app.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Golf, health, and performance information

Carry Number may provide golf, readiness, recovery, swing, practice, or performance insights. These insights are informational only. Carry Number is not a medical device, healthcare provider, coach, financial advisor, or safety system. Do not rely on Carry Number as a substitute for professional medical, fitness, coaching, or safety advice.

Location, course, weather, and yardage information

Carry Number may use location, map, course, weather, elevation, or yardage information. This information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Always use your own judgment and follow course rules, local laws, and safety conditions.

User content

You may choose to add scores, notes, goals, photos, swing videos, messages, profile information, and other content to Carry Number. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Carry Number permission to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the app.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise harmful.

Sharing

You are responsible for information or scorecards you intentionally export or share outside the app. The current release does not provide cross-device friends, messaging, or leaderboards.

Third-party services

Carry Number uses services such as Firebase, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, maps, weather, and optional AI processing. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The current release does not connect to WHOOP.

Subscriptions and purchases

The current launch release is free and does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are offered later, billing and purchase terms will be shown before purchase and handled through Apple where required.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with its systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit Carry Number except as allowed by law.
• Do not use Carry Number to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that violates someone else’s rights.

Availability and changes

Carry Number may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may update the app, these Terms, pricing, or supported integrations as the product evolves.

Termination

You may stop using Carry Number at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the app, or if required by law or platform rules.

Disclaimer

Carry Number is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Carry Number and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Carry Number from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Carry Number or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as related to your use of Carry Number on Apple platforms.

Carry Number’s Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. View it at /privacy.
